Shipping and delivery

All orders come with a tracking number. We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and most parts of Southeast Asia.

Overseas delivery from Singapore typically takes 7–14 working days.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for shipping, delays, loss, or damages during transit lies with the courier service. We will, however, do our best to assist with any shipment-related issues where possible.


Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to control or waive these fees.
