Returns and refunds

We currently accept returns and refunds for Singapore orders only.


All orders are carefully packed and protected before shipment. In the event that an item is damaged during delivery, responsibility falls under the courier handling the shipment.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly and file a claim with them, as they are responsible for damages caused during transit. We will still do our best to assist and support the process where possible. We also recommend taking a clear video while opening the package as supporting evidence.


Please note that certain characteristics are part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects. This includes filament stringing, slight surface variations, or minor visual imperfections.
